Whiteboards
Millee suggested 'Whiteboards' would satisfy my requirements for my group. I looked under help, but it is not clear how to set up a Whiteboard. Can you help?

Supposed to be a 'permissions' tab under Hub settings. I don't see it.

Hello Web, if you'd like we could discuss this over the phone. We are working on help documentation for Whiteboards to put in the Knowledge Base, so thanks for your patience. If you'd like to discuss on the phone shoot your phone number to ***@memberhub.com. Otherwise here are some instructions.
Within any hub you can create a Whiteboard. From Your Dashboard click into one of your hubs and then click on Whiteboards in the left-hand Hub Navigation. Next, click the New Whiteboard button. Give your Whiteboard a title and then type whatever you like in the body. There are options for various formatting features in the toolbar.
After you've got your text complete you can then click the "Invite members to contribute to this whiteboard" checkbox, click the Create Whiteboard button and each member of the hub will receive an email with a link to the whiteboard. Members can then edit the whiteboard by clicking the blue Edit button. Each time someone changes the whiteboard and saves it, a new version of the board will be created. You can then access each version of the whiteboard with Version dropdown in the lower right-hand corner.
Members can also leave a comment on the whiteboard if they don't want/need to edit it.
I hope this helps! Again Web, if you'd like to discuss this on the phone I'd be glad to give a call.

Regarding the permissions tab, you must be an administrator of the hub or an administrator of the entire organization that owns that hub. I'd be glad to do screenshare so I can see exactly what's going on.
