I Distributed a Hub Key But No Members Are Joining

The first thing to check here is the Require hub administrator approval for hub key and URL joins checkbox. Browse to the Joins tab in your Hub Settings and if that checkbox is checked then your members are having to to request to join the hub. This means that the hub administrators are being sent join request emails that need to be read and acted upon. You can read more about Hub Key and Join URLS here.
