Add Members to Hubs
There are 3 primary ways to get members into hubs so you can begin communicating with them.
Manually Add Members to Hubs

If you are an administrator for your organization and have access to the Admin console, then you can manually add person records to the organization and put them into hubs.
- Click the Add Person button on the People tab
- Fill in whatever information you have for that person including an email address if you have one.
- Access the person profile again and select Add to Hub from the People Actions dropdown button on the right
- Type in the name of the hub In the popup dialog
Invite Members with Email Invitations
If you have an email address for your members, then it's very easy to invite your members to join hubs. Each email address will receive a personalized invitation to join the hub. The invitation is only good for one use.
- Inside a hub, click on Members (under Hub Navigation on the left)
- Click the Add Members button
- On the Add Members popup choose to Add members by e-mail invitations and click Continue
- Type in or paste a list of email addresses into the top field
- Add a personalized message if you want
- Click the Send Invitations button
Join Page and Hub Key

- Inside a hub, click on the Hub Settings button (under Hub Navigation on the left)
- Click on the Joins tab
- Customize the key for your group.
- The Allow hub key and URL joins checkbox must be checked
- Check the Require hub administrator approval for hub key and URL joins if you’d like for hub admins to physically accept/decline each join request by members.
The customizable hub key allows an admin to create a unique URL for hub. This URL can be provided to new members and when entered into a browser will direct the member to a landing page for that hub. This page contains the hub name, logo, description and member count and Join Page image if provided. From there the member can join the hub directly or request to join the hub based upon the admin preference Require hub administrator approval for hub key and URL joins.

NOTE: if the *Require hub administrator approval for hub key and URL joins is checked, users will be required to click a Request to Join** button on the hub landing page and an email will be sent to the hub administrators. In that email is a link for the administrators to accept or reject the join request.
